All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a Beat has been purchased and the files have been delivered or downloaded, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Why Are Refunds Not Offered?
When you purchase a beat, you instantly gain access to downloadable files and/or exclusive licensing rights. Once this information is delivered, it cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
– You were charged multiple times for the same beat (duplicate transaction).
– You accidentally purchased the same beat more than once and did not download or use it. – A technical error on our part prevented you from receiving the files and we are unable to resolve it.
If you believe you qualify for an exception, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at Rosebushzombie@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will review each case individually and respond as quickly as possible.
